📄 Creator Onboarding Agreement – DialMe247™

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between DialMe247™ ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and the individual registering as a Creator / Professional / Talk Provider ("you", "your", "Creator") on the DialMe247™ platform (https://dialme247.com) or its mobile application.
By ticking the checkbox "I agree to the Creator Onboarding Agreement and Terms", you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all obligations listed below.
1️⃣ Nature of Platform
DialMe247™ is a communication facilitation and freelancing platform that enables verified Creators to provide 1:1 private voice sessions with Users through a secure, masked call system powered by Exotel™.
DialMe247™ does not employ Creators or guarantee their income. You act as an independent service provider, responsible for your own content, advice, and conduct.
2️⃣ Eligibility & Verification
- You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- You must provide valid identity verification (Aadhaar/PAN) and, where applicable, professional license or certificate (for doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, etc.).
- DialMe247™ reserves the right to verify, reject, or revoke your Creator account at any time for false, misleading, or expired information.
3️⃣ Independent Status
- You acknowledge that you are acting as an independent Creator, not an employee, partner, or agent of DialMe247™.
- You are solely responsible for the nature, quality, and outcome of your sessions.
- DialMe247™ does not supervise or control your conversations, except for moderation and legal compliance purposes.
4️⃣ Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Provide medical diagnosis, therapy, prescription, or legal representation unless duly licensed and verified.
- Offer or solicit adult, obscene, or unlawful content.
- Encourage hate speech, discrimination, or self-harm.
- Share your or a User's personal contact information outside the Platform.
- Record or publish session content without written consent.
Violation may result in permanent suspension and legal reporting under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
5️⃣ Earnings, Payments & Fees
- DialMe247™ will collect session fees from Users through secure payment gateways.
- After deducting the platform service fee (10–20%, as applicable), the balance will be credited to your wallet or registered bank account within 48 business hours of session completion.
- Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes may temporarily hold your payout until resolution.
- You are solely responsible for tax compliance, including GST or income tax filings on your earnings.
6️⃣ Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your content and knowledge shared during sessions.
- DialMe247™ may display your public profile, name, and description for marketing and discovery purposes.
- You grant DialMe247™ a limited, revocable license to use your submitted materials (profile picture, category info, etc.) for operational and promotional use.
7️⃣ Confidentiality & Data Privacy
- You must respect the privacy of every User.
- You agree not to disclose, record, or share any session details without User consent.
- DialMe247™ complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and ensures all call metadata remains stored within India.
8️⃣ Liability & Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DialMe247™, its directors, officers, and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, or penalty arising from your advice, conduct, or violation of law.
- In no event shall DialMe247™ be liable for indirect, emotional, or consequential damages exceeding the amount of platform commission earned from the concerned session.
9️⃣ Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute between Creator and User shall first be resolved through mediation by the Platform.
- If unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
- Indian law exclusively governs this Agreement.
🔟 Termination
DialMe247™ may suspend or terminate your Creator account immediately if you:
- Violate these terms or user privacy.
- Receive consistent complaints or low ratings.
- Provide false or misleading credentials.
You may deactivate your account anytime by written notice to: contact@dialme247.com

By registering, you confirm that:
- You understand that DialMe247™ is a communication intermediary, not an employer.
- You provide services voluntarily and independently.
- You agree to comply with all Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act (2000), DPDP Act (2023), and Consumer Protection Act (2019).
