Welcome to DialMe247™ (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DialMe247™ website, mobile application, and related services. By using our Platform you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Nature of Service
DialMe247™ is a digital communication intermediary that connects Users with independent Creators/Experts for paid, private, number-masked voice sessions. We facilitate booking, calling, and payments only. Creators operate independently. DialMe247™ is not a healthcare, legal, or financial provider. Sessions are non-clinical, non-advisory, and non-adult. We do not monitor or record sessions except where required by law or for dispute resolution.
2. Key Definitions
- Session — a timed private voice call between a User and a Creator.
- Creator / Expert / Consultant — a verified individual offering services on the Platform.
- User — anyone booking or participating in a Session.
3. Eligibility
Users must be 18+ and legally competent. Creators must complete KYC verification. DialMe247™ may suspend or reject accounts with false or unverifiable information.
4. Prohibited Use
Users and Creators must not:
- Offer or seek professional medical, psychiatric, or legal prescriptions or diagnoses (unless independently licensed and verified).
- Engage in sexual, obscene, or explicit communication.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or promote hate or violence.
- Record or distribute sessions without mutual consent.
- Commit fraud, money laundering, spam, or other unlawful acts.
Violation: Immediate account suspension and possible legal action, with no refund.
5. Platform Responsibilities
We will verify Creator identity, provide grievance redressal, ensure secure telecom routing (via Exotel™), and protect data per our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We do not endorse Creator content or guarantee outcomes.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for their interactions and decisions. Do not rely on Sessions as professional advice. Use discretion before acting on any information received.
7. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are independent contractors responsible for their own conduct, compliance, and content. Creators must not misrepresent qualifications or provide regulated professional services without valid credentials. Creators indemnify DialMe247™ against claims arising from their conduct.
8. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed via secure, compliant gateways. Refunds are provided only when:
- The Session fails to connect due to a Platform or telecom error;
- The Creator does not attend the scheduled Session;
- Verified Creator misconduct after investigation.
No refund is available once a Session has commenced. Users bear their own telecom/data costs.
9. Privacy & Data
We collect minimal personal and transactional data to operate the Platform. Calls are not recorded by default. See our Privacy Policy for full details. DialMe247™ complies with the DPDP Act, 2023 and IT Rules, 2021.
10. Limitation of Liability
DialMe247™ acts only as an intermediary. We are not liable for the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of Creator communications. We exclude all indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for a disputed Session is limited to the fees paid for that Session.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DialMe247™, its officers and affiliates, from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misconduct, or your use of the Platform.
12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Report issues to grievance@dialme247.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and targeted to be resolved within 15 working days. If unresolved, disputes will first undergo mediation and then arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at the Dial Me 247 Headquarters. Courts at the Dial Me 247 Headquarters location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Platform Rights
We may monitor metadata for compliance, suspend or remove offending accounts, cooperate with lawful authorities, and update these Terms. We may retain and furnish call metadata (not audio content) when required by law.
14. Consultant Agreement (Creator Terms)
Creators accept the obligations in this section when registering. Creators remain solely responsible for advice and outcomes, must not provide unlicensed professional services, and must indemnify DialMe247™ for claims arising from their conduct. By registering you confirm agreement to these obligations.
15. Emergency Disclaimer
DialMe247™ is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or at risk of self-harm, contact local emergency services or a helpline such as AASRA: +91-9820466726.
