1. Service Nature
We provide on-demand expert consultations via phone calls. Once you make a payment, we connect you with the selected expert automatically. Since this is a digital service that begins immediately after successful payment, our refund policy is slightly different from standard product purchases.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Call Connection → If you cancel before the expert call starts, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- After Call Connection → Once the expert call has been connected, no cancellation or refund will be provided.
- Failed Call Connection → If, due to technical issues on our side, the call does not get connected and the session doesn’t take place, you will receive a full refund.
- 🚫 Important Note: We do not provide loan, credit card, or banking-related consultations.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- The expert did not join the call.
- The payment was deducted but the call was never initiated.
- Technical failure from our system or payment gateway prevented the session.
Refunds are not applicable in these cases:
- You change your mind after the call starts.
- You are unsatisfied with the expert’s opinion (as it’s subjective).
- You provide incorrect details that prevent the call from connecting.
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, email us at contact@dialme247.com with:
- Your name
- Transaction ID / Payment Reference
- Date & Time of Payment
- Reason for requesting the refund
- Once verified, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Double Payments
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same booking, please contact us immediately. Once verified, we’ll refund the duplicate payment within 5–7 working days.
6. Payment Gateway Charges
In case of payment reversals or cancellations, payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted from the total refund amount.
