Welcome. These Creator Terms apply to all individuals (“Creators”, “Experts”, “Listeners”) who register to offer paid, private talk sessions on DialMe247™. By registering you confirm acceptance of these terms, and of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of Engagement

You operate as an independent service provider. DialMe247™ provides the technology and payment infrastructure to connect you with users — we do not employ you, and we are not responsible for the content of your sessions.

2. Eligibility & Verification

• You must be 18 years or older and legally competent to contract in India.
• Complete KYC with valid identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.).
• If offering regulated professional services (doctor, lawyer, etc.), upload verifiable credentials or licenses.
• DialMe247™ may accept, verify, or reject applications at its sole discretion.

3. Conduct & Professional Standards

• Treat every user with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality — do not disclose user data or session content outside the platform.
• Do not engage in sexual, obscene, or adult services.
• Do not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, or regulated professional advice unless you are properly licensed and authorized to do so.
• No hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory conduct of any kind.

4. Payments & Earnings

• All payments must flow through DialMe247™. Direct outside payments are prohibited.
• Earnings are disbursed per platform payout schedule, net of any platform fees or gateway charges.
• You are solely responsible for tax compliance and reporting on your income.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

You must not store, publish, or reuse any personal user information shared during sessions. Protect all user data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our Privacy Policy. Unauthorized disclosure is a serious offense and may result in legal action.

6. Legal & Liability Disclaimer

DialMe247™ is only the facilitator of calls. You are fully responsible and liable for your statements, advice, and conduct during sessions. Creators indemnify DialMe247™ against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions or omissions.

7. Prohibited Acts

• Offering adult or pornographic services.
• Promoting illegal activity or engaging in fraud.
• Sharing personal contact details to circumvent the platform.
• Manipulating ratings, reviews, or creating fake profiles.

8. Monitoring, Enforcement & Sanctions

We monitor metadata and user reports for policy compliance. Verified violations may result in:

• Temporary suspension or permanent account termination;
• Forfeiture of pending payouts in cases of serious breach;
• Cooperation with law enforcement and sharing of records when legally required.

9. Grievance & Dispute Resolution

Report issues to grievance@dialme247.com. Our Grievance Officer, Mr. Ram G, will acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 working days. Unresolved disputes proceed to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (seat: Raipur, Chhattisgarh).

10. Final Declaration

By registering as a Creator on DialMe247™, you confirm that you understand this agreement, will comply with Indian laws and platform policies, and will indemnify DialMe247™ against any claims arising from your conduct.
